Parents gave their suggestions for the improved sanitary facilities inside the campus. As one of such measure, Scavengers can be appointed on temporary basis and they can be paid from PTA account.

Funds can also be used for cycle shed extension work as the number of students using the two wheeler parking lot is increased and the space of parking is not sufficient, because additional batches of B.Sc Maths and B.Com have been sanctioned, benches and desks can be purchased from PTA account. Ceiling fans can be provided for the class rooms so that the students can learn better in a comfortable airy atmosphere. Training sessions for competitive exams can be conducted in the last hour of every working day of the week and also in Saturdays.

The meeting came to an end with closing prayer by Dr. Addline, Associate professor of Zoology.

The Communication between parents and teachers plays a vital role in the success of the students. As a part of this communication, Teachers should have regular meeting with parents to discuss the progress of the students.
